- Through the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce, Theresa has provided leadership development, accessible to all members
- Having taught at Royal Roads University for some years, Theresa volunteers to speak to the students about how to successfully transition into the hospitality workforce
- To prepare students for careers in hospitality, Theresa volunteers her time to speak to students at Camosun College
- Theresa volunteered for years at Our WorkPlace assisting those affected by homelessness or addiction to break through their barriers and get back into the workplace
- Each year, Theresa volunteers by performing mock interviews for students at University of Victoria’s School of Business to prepare them for the working world
